Blessed Trinity rules SOSSA wrestling: Team and individual results
Blessed Trinity won the boys, girls and combined team titles at Thursday’s Southern Ontario Secondary Schools Association wrestling championships at Governor Simcoe.
Finishing second and third in the team standings were: Orchard Park and A.N. Myer in the girls division; Denis Morris and Robert Land Academy in the boys division; and, Denis Morris and Orchard Park in the combined division.
The top two wrestlers at SOSSA advance to the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Asssociations championships March 2 to 4 in Sault Ste. Marie except for the female 41-, 44-, 83- and 115-kilogram divisions where the top three move on.
