Niagara UA flag football champions
The Niagara Regional Minor Football Association recently crowned its champions in the Under Armour Under the Lights Flag Football program played at Kiwanis Field.
The Grade 7-8 Division champion Steelers, coached by Alex Uhl, was made up of Cameron Thompson, Lincoln Pearson, Joey Paonessa, Frankie Basilone, Lucas DiLibero, Adrian Fragnito, Emily Ganski, Tyler Sam and Benjamin Bourne.
The Grade 5-6 Division champion Titans, coached by Derrick Florence, included Hayden Hundert, Daniel Boehm, Nicolas Angelone, Rowen DiLibero, Nicolas New, Noah Chopi, London Fahy, Cole Pridle, Alexander Zeigler and Giuseppe Mirabelli.
The Grade 3-4 Division victor Stampeders, coached by Jeremy Maffei, included Jackson Lewis, Anthony D’Andreamatteo, Grayson Maffel, Oliver Gordyn, Jake Brewster and Emmit Aube.
The Kindergarten-Grade 2 Division winners Navy, coached by Jac Blaney, was made up of Graydon Berardi, Malakai Williams, Carter Bacon, Levi Preston, Luke Brewster and Zoe Zeigler.
All the league champions move on to compete at the UAFlag Regional Championships in Georgetown.
