Timi Ijaodola scored 22 points to lead the Centennial Cougars past the St. Jean-de-Brebeuf Lynx 53-35 in a consolation quarter-final game Thursday at the 67th Annual Welland Tribune Basketball Tournament.
Also scoring for the Cougars were Nate Perna 9, Alex Bray 8, Marco Reyes 6, Kelsan Stayzer 3, Elliot Slack 3 and Callum Brown 2.
Scoring for the Lynx were Enzo Aka 12, Brydon Tshowa-M’baya 7, Daniel Charest 5, Taiten Stifter 4, Mitchell Morden 2, Nicholas Roberge 2 and Ronan Stark 1.

Gryphons 79 Blue Bears 56
Nate Jones netted 28 and Noah Gmoser 22 as the Greater Fort Erie Gryphons defeated the Port Colborne Blue Bears in a consolation quarter-final game Thursday at the 67th Annual Welland Tribune Basketball Tournament.
Also scoring for the Gryphons were Harland Kelly 12, Jason Currie 7, Nick Alix 7 and Aiden Storring 3.
Scoring for the Blue Bears were Jake Graham 22, Kolby Kulak 11, Myles Draper 8, Ethan Yalowica 6, Cole Istok 4, Sawyer Kerrigan 2 and Ahmed Shazad 2.

Patriots 69 Spartans 46
Isaac Jordan notched 28 points Thursday at Brebeuf to lead the Saint Paul Patriots to a 69-46 victory over the Westlane Spartans in the consolation quarter-finals.
Also scoring for Saint Paul were Mark Cruz 17, Dante DeBenedetti 10, Charlie McCamley 6, Josh Firth 3, Mark Al Makhoul 3 and Judah Campbell 2.
Scoring for the Spartans were Marko Nieuzurawski 15, Ashton Gidney 12, Dylan Klassen 12, Alex Darbyson 2, Aldin Prsic 2, Mitchell White 2 and Strahinja Suzic 1.

Cyclone 60 Gators 50
Matthew Kleinsmith poured in 32 points as the E.L. Crossley Cyclone defeated the Lakeshore Catholic Gators 60-50 in consolation quarter-final action.
Also scoring for the Cyclone were Ryan Zucco 12, Luca Burattini 8, Coleson Birrell 3, Cole Traver 2 and Ethan Crick 1.
Scoring for the Gators were Olivier Michel 23, Kaleb Garner 11, Simone Reid 8, Ethan Cooper 3, Hunter Reaman 3 and Darren Williams 3.
