R.J. Derhodge carded a three under par 69 at the St. Catharines Golf and Country Club Sunday to win the latest stop on the Niagara Junior Golf Tour.
It was the fourth win of the season for the Grand Niagara member and his second straight.
Rounding out the top 10 were: Ethan Siebert 72; Matthew Martel 76; Aidan Lopinski 77; Jordyn Rowling 79; Charlie Jeffries 80; Andrew Scott 80; Kile Romak 80; Johnny Romak 81; Noah Sloan 83; Owen Sartor 83.
On the girls side, Megan Miron defeated Payton Bennett in a playoff. The two golfers finished regulation play tied at 76.
Completing the leaderboard were: Emily White 83; Mya Mackey 89; Sasha Baker 90; Alexis Anderson 94; Mikayla Lacey 97; Casey Kenney 100; Jade Gracie 112.
Under-11 boys: Brent Julie 80; Trent Clarke 90; Lucas Sartor 102; Gavin Christie 105; Emerson Salter 109.
Under-13 boys: Michael Martel 81; Levi Moyer 91; Ethan Baxter 93; Christian Baxter 95.
Under-15 boys: Isaiah Ellis 71; Sammy Rootes 78; John Kingdon 95; Hudson Mielko 88; Nathan Freure 99; Christian Rotundo 89; Liam Kirk 89; Kian Blair 92; Anthony Sartor 93.
Next event on the tour is Monday, Aug. 19 at Beechwood.
ONTARIO JUNIOR BOYS MATCH PLAY
Luke DelGobbo made it to the quarter-finals of the Ontario Junior Boys Match Play Championship at the Listowel Golf Club before falling 1 up to Josh DiCarlo.
On the way to the quarters, DelGobbo defeated Burke Rawlinson (9&8), Dayton Price (7&5) and Michael Jiang (1 up).
Matthew Martel opened with a 7&6 victory over Graeme Costigan before losing 5&3 to Kavin Ranchagoda.
R.J. Derhodge opened with a 2&1 loss to Tyler May.
ONTARIO JUNIOR GIRLS MATCH PLAY
Niagara Junior Golf Tour member Megan Miron made it to the semfinals of the Ontario Junior Girls Match Play Championship at the Listowel Golf Club before losing 2&1 to Ella Weber.
To make the semifinals, Miron defeated Annie Piggott (2 up) and Katie Cranston (4&2).
