RIVER LIONS ON TELEVISION
All 60 games in the Canadian Elite Basketball League’s season will be streamed live and free of charge on cebl.tv.
Coverage will highlights, top plays and a plethora of content produced by the CEBL and its six teams.

SPARTANS THUMP PACERS
Sam LeClair had a big night with four goals and four assists as the Spartans topped the Point Edward Pacers 16-8 in Ontario Lacrosse Association junior B action Saturday at the Port Edward Arena.
Connor Aquanno chipped in with three goals and five assists while Alex Gaston added three goals and four assists. Tyler Kolodka and Aaron Ward added two goals each while singles went to Allen MacGregor, Blair Pachereva.
Adam Brennan made 38 saves for the win.
The Spartans, 3-4, are home to Hamilton Thursday at 8 p.m. and London Saturday at 7 p.m.
TYLER GRUMMETT GOLF TOURNEY
The annual Tyler Grummett Open will be played Sunday, June 23 at Thundering Waters in Niagara Falls.
Registration will begin at noon followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start.
The $125 registration fee includes BBQ lunch, first beer, 18 holes of golf with cart, prizes, post-round wine tasting, dinner and prizes.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Distress Centre Niagara.

25TH ANNUAL TRIVIERI GOLF TOURNEY
The 25th Annual Trivieri Charity Golf Tournament will be played Sunday, Aug. 11 at the Royal Niagara Golf Course with registration at 7 a.m. and tee off at 8 a.m.
Last year, $18,000 was raised for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, bringing the total to $250,000 raised for the foundation since the tournament’s inception. This year, the event is supporting Hospice Niagara and organizers are hoping to attract 216 golfers.
The $95 registration fee includes golf, cart, BBQ, prizes, and a $25 receipt from the Hospice Niagara. The Trivieri family will host a BBQ for the golfers and their families beginning at 2 p.m. at the Niagara Corporate Business Centre (old Foster Wheeler Building) at 509 Glendale Ave. in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
