SOSSA boys track results
Eric Campbell of Sir Winston Churchill broke a pair of records Thursday at the Southern Ontario Secondary Schools Association track and field meet at the Niagara Olympic Club.
Campbell set a new standard in the midget boys 800-metre run with a time of 2:02.40 and also set a new mark in the 1,500 with a time of 4:16.06.
Fellow Bulldog Noah Dommasch set a record in the junior boys 300-metre hurdles with a time of 41.46.
Owen Konkle of Beamsville set a record in the senior boys 800-metre intellectual race with a time of 2:32.96 while Brian Knechtel of Beamsville also set a record at 2:35.32.
E.L. Crossley from Fonthill dominated the team events by winning the boys, girls and overall crowns.
