Ethan Cook kicked out 29 shots for his fourth shutout of the season as the St. Catharines Falcons blanked the Buffalo Regals 5-0 in a Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League, Golden Horseshoe Conference game Sunday afternoon in Buffalo.
Nick Volpatti and Adam Cherepacha gave the Falcons a 2-0 lead in the first period. Xavier Drummond and Thomas Lenart added goals in the second before Volpatti rounded out the scoring in the third.
Jagger Maving made 26 saves in a losing cause for Buffalo.
Hamilton 3 Pelham 0
Matteo Drobac made 18 saves as the visiting Hamilton Kilty B’s blanked the Pelham Panthers 3-0 Sunday afternoon.
Following a scoreless first period, Nick Giamou opened the scoring in the second period. Justin Monteith and Ellis Rickwood added goals in the third.
Tiago Rocha made 40 saves in net for the Panthers.
Caledonia 5 Welland 1
The Caledonia Corvairs jumped out to a 4-0 lead 12 minutes into the game en route to a 5-1 win at Welland Sunday night.
Nick McHugh Dylan D’Agostino, Ryan Wells, Danyk Drouin and Zach Manazzone scored for the Corvairs.
Dario Tesoro replied for Welland.
Aidan Hughes made 16 saves for the win.
Nicholas Kidd faced 57 shots in goal for Welland.

Thorold 4 Fort Erie 1
Joel Chauvin and Cam Lightfoot had a goal and an assist each as the visiting Thorold Blackhawks topped the Fort Erie Meteors Saturday at the Leisureplex.
Brad Ditillio and rookie Alex Blanchard, with his first junior goal, also scored for the Hawks.
Cail Cirillo replied for the Mets.
Noah Fortuna made 26 saves for the win.
Jacob Hearne faced 41 shots for the Meteors.
Caledonia 6 Niagara Falls 1
Nick Giunta, and Ryan Wells scored two goals each as the Corvairs topped the visiting Niagara Falls Canucks.
Matthew Bridgwater and Nick McHugh rounded out the scoring.
Jaleel Adams scored for the Canucks.
Hughes was the winning netminder with 23 saves while Anthony Tremonte made 28 saves for the Canucks.
